Background

A very successful CEO of an entrepreneurial training company was facing difficulties in moving her organisation onto the next stage and take the business onto the stock market.

What was the issue?

The CEO needed a different set of skills for dealing with the City and also for dealing with her staff. The very maverick qualities that were essential in an entrepreneurial set up were now starting to hinder her in the next stage of her company's development.

What did we do?

We increased the client's self awareness, modelled desired behaviours, got to the core of the issues she was experiencing and gave instructions on how to target behaviours to be changed. The coaching was conducted primarily using the behavioural coaching model.

What was the outcome?

The client successfully launched her company onto the stock market and is now an even more effective CEO.
