Responsible Business Masterclass

This is aimed at senior managers and their teams helping them to understand the issues they are facing in the responsible business arena: best in class trends; how to innovate and link CSR to key business objectives; what is coming up in the future that they need to be aware of; and strategies for achieving super performance. It also provides an insight into communicating with, and gaining buy- in, from colleagues and senior management. We couple this training with the possibility of one-to-one coaching to really embed learning and improve performance.
