Assessment

CfBT is working in partnership with us to deliver effective value-adding assessment solutions. These cover a broad range of personality feedback and 360 degree feedback assessments. CfBT will select the most effective assessment tools for individual situations. CfBT then manages these assessments to deliver a comprehensive and coherent outcome back to the team.

We use consultants who are fully qualified in delivering and analysing a broad range of assessments, including Myers Briggs, SDI, FIRO-B, Thomas Kilman Conflict Inventory and ECI.
