Your questions answered

Where will the sessions take place?

Sessions take place at a mutually convenient location.

How long will they take?

Each session lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, though they can be very flexible in terms of time. This timing is mainly for individuals; group sessions will vary.

How long will the process last?

The whole process from 'kick off' will take between 7 to 12 sessions, usually over a 4 to 6 month period. Again, there is built in flexibility dependent upon your requirements.

What format?

Sessions are preferably face- to-face, but can be supplemented by telephone and email correspondence.

Who should be involved?

Client, sponsor client (if applicable) and the coach.

What happens in between sessions?

Client needs to complete reflection notes, keep a journal and perform actions agreed at the last meeting.

Is it confidential?

Client confidentiality and trust are of paramount importance. We are keenly sensitive to the balance required between individual client confidentiality and the need for feedback to the sponsor or corporate client.

Is it evaluated?

There will be planned reviews which will be headlined for the sponsoring client.

Who does the coaching?

Usually Neela Bettridge, though if specialist facilitation services are required this will be carried out by Jane Fiona Cumming and/or one of the facilitation team.

If I am seeking coaching as an individual, rather than an employee. Will you coach me?

Yes, providing the coach and yourself feel there is mutual rapport after the initial kick off meeting. Neela has experience in coaching for personal development as well as coaching for corporate development.
