CfBT are working in partnership with Article 13 to deliver effective, value-adding solutions. These cover a broad range of personality feedback and 360 degree assessments including, e.g. Myers Briggs, SDI, FIRO-B, Thomas Kilman Conflict Inventory and ECI.
The aim is to get individuals and teams thinking more laterally and creatively and experimenting with new business models. We challenge rigidity of thinking and hope to enable thinking out of the box to ensure greater innovation and flair.
We are very used to looking at the strategic fit of models, assessing, planning, suggesting approaches and then implementing them, using interesting techniques such as Future Search or World Cafe to enable embedding and engagement to take place. Key to any process we undertake is engagement.
We believe that to make real transformational and systemic change in an organisation it is important to align the employees' self responsibility with corporate responsibility, vision and business success.
We work extensively with the emerging and entrepreneurial clean technology sector as well as social enterprises. Our aim is to enable their full potential to be realised and also help them engage well with the funding community.
